Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean and trim cauliflower, leaving the stem intact.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat cauliflower evenly using a basting brush.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45–55 minutes.
- Remove foil and roast 15 minutes more for a crispy crust.
- (Optional) Sprinkle Parmesan in the last 5 minutes.

- Temperature: Roasting at 375°F gives the best balance of tenderness and crispy exterior.
