Instructions

  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2.  Clean and trim cauliflower, leaving the stem intact.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat cauliflower evenly using a basting brush.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45–55 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and roast 15 minutes more for a crispy crust.
  7. (Optional) Sprinkle Parmesan in the last 5 minutes.
