Ingredients

- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine the Ingredients
- Stir in mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
- Add sliced chicken and mix gently.
- Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your cheesy Chicken Alfredo!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic powder before cooking.
- To make it lighter, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
