Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 1 tbsp crushed almonds
- 1 tbsp dried figs (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler or in a microwave.
- Once melted, stir in rose water.
- Add the crushed pistachios, almonds, and dried figs (if using) into the chocolate mix.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Serve once the chocolate is firm and fully set.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, adjust the amount of coconut oil.
- You can substitute the nuts with other preferred varieties.
