- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup low-carb sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add in the melted butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- You can replace butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a handful of chopped nuts.
