- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp burger sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet until browned.
- While the meat cooks, assemble your bowl with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and avocado.
- Once the meat is cooked, place it on top of the veggies.
- Drizzle with burger sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
