Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Form ground bison into 4 patties, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Toast buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings.
Notes
- Bison is leaner than beef, so avoid overcooking.
- Add cheese near the end of grilling for a meltier result.
