Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the short ribs with oxtail seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  4. Brown the ribs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
