- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Mix melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- (Optional) Dip in melted chocolate and let set.
Notes
For added texture, coat the balls in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut flakes.
